Six13: The Crucible is a high intensity, 50-day mental and physical refinement process. It is designed to simulate a high-pressure environment that forces you to burn away bad habits, excuses, and mental weakness, forging a completely spiritually disciplined version of yourself.

IF ONE TASK IS MISSED, YOU MUST RETURN TO DAY 1.

Each Participant will have 70 Days to complete the Challenge. Which means, if you have to start back up on the 20th day. It will be your final opportunity to buckle up and get down to it.

SIX13: The Crucible - 50 Day Challenge Rules (6 Days, 7 Rules).

• Silent Prayer/Meditation (15 Minutes): Fifteen minutes of total silence before God every morning to start the day, strengthening mental focus and spiritual grounding.
• Two 50-Minute Workouts (One Outdoor): Two 50-minute workouts daily separated by at least 5 hours. One must be outdoors regardless of weather, focusing on functional strength or endurance.
• Strict "Temple" Nutrition Plan: No cheat meals, no sugar, and no alcohol. You must eat to fuel your body as a "Temple of the Holy Spirit" (1 Cor 6:19). Supplements will be allowed along with electrolytes.
• 1 Gallon + "Grace" Water Intake: Drink one gallon of water. Add 16oz extra on heavy training days to symbolize "grace" for the increased effort.
• 15 Minutes of Scripture Study & Application: Read 15 minutes of the Bible (non-audio) and write down one action step to apply that scripture to your life that day.
• Armor Daily Reflection Photo: Take a daily progress photo. Before taking it, consciously state one piece of the Armor of God you are utilizing that day (For Ex. "Putting on the Helmet of Salvation").

• Armor Maintenance (REST): All Participants must rest 1 day ONLY from the required two workouts! While no "official" workouts are done, you may choose to engage in active recovery (light walking, stretching) or total rest to focus on spiritual reflection and preparation for the week ahead. A day of rest is a day to focus on abiding in Christ, rather than performing for Him. 

Tracking: MUST BE LOGGED! Tracking: All participants will receive a link to access Hol Armor App

• Will be completed on the Hol Armor App

•Workout routine will be provided (Non-customizable Routine. Can use your own) 

Nutrition & Water will also be tracked on the app.

•Daily Prayer, Meditation, Scripture reading and application will be by Integrity! 

•SIX13 Will have a group chat for support
